gray sky - somehow I'm glad I don't have to train outside at the moment

Yesterday morning the sky was gray and it was raining. After I got up I did the laundry, put some things away, checked my emails, wrote applications and downloaded some new songs for my ipod so that I won't get bored next time I go training :). I didn't really care about the weather because I didn't have to go outside.
I had scrambled eggs with toast (or the other way around) for lunch and did the power-workout in the afternoon. I soon found out that jumping exercises one hour after lunch wasn't such a good idea because I felt sick from the first exercise on and got a side stitch. My legs felt pretty good though and the workout was over quickly. I took a shower and then my boyfriend got home already. Because it was still raining we spent the rest of the afternoon inside.

Today was rest day and it was another unfriendly day. After I got up I did what I normally do, had breakfast, checked emails, wrote applications… and started reading my new book I ordered online. For lunch I wanted to cook Semolina. I actually found it in the supermarket here, but when I cooked it it got thick within a couple of seconds and it tasted like rubber so that landed in the rubbish bin and I had some bread instead. After my more or less unsuccessful lunch I watched my German TV program, read some more and started setting up my new training schedule. There's still a lot of work to do though because I have to work out when I want to train what and how much and I have to make sure I don't have two hard workouts on the same day and the various trainings are spread over the whole week... but I think I'm getting there :) Later I wanted to do some stretching but just couldn't be bothered so we had dinner, watched some TV and went to bed quite early.

I hope it won't rain anymore tomorrow so that we can go skating in the afternoon. If it's still wet though I'll go for an easy jog in the park. I don't really know what we're gonna do this weekend, but I hope it won't be too boring.
